Imagined and executed design system used by 250+ product teams used it in 7 digital products. Accomplished it with icon-pack, UX-writing guidelines, and visual assets. Launched a website, which played an essential role in promoting it for inner B2C teams and raising the value of the HR brand on the nationwide design market.
Design System Case →
Imagined and implemented an emotional banking approach, consisting of a few independent client products, which my User Emotions team launched: intro greetings (2M+ MAU), avatar creator (1,4M+ MAU), custom backgrounds (5M+ users).
Created brand characters with Petrick studio, developed guidelines on using illustrations and writing explicit and human-oriented texts for the design and UX-writing community.

Went on a journey from a lonely UX/UI designer to the team lead of 7 people, who helped to make a marketing website, private banking, card delivery CX from client and courier point of view, several special projects, and responsive web banking.
Besides UX/UI there, I worked on creatives and marketing communication of our digital products for 300+ branches nationwide.
2014–2015
I have designed a few websites, elevated visual identity, and brand guidelines for robot-related events and exhibitions held in 4 countries.
2006–2015
A while ago I worked as a freelance web  and graphic designer. In 2007 co-founded the Greencow Studio, where we bring to life a lot of great projects.
As a graduate communication designer, I was passionate about creating branding, identity, brand books, and websites. These were the first steps on my route to UX/UI, followed by product design, which I admire the most for its complexity and versatility.
Blast from the past →
I enjoy exchanging insights on product design, strategic vision, and design leadership. It was a pleasure engaging with BBE and serving as a lecturer and tutor at BHSAD (British Higher School of Art and Design, Moscow).
I have spoken at multiple events and locations, such as the largest nationwide design conference, Dribble Meetup by Mail.ru, where I revealed our unique approach for app loading screens; the UX-marathon, where we discussed an idea of emotional banking; and 404fest in Samara. I have also participated in a few podcasts and written some articles about design. Worked as a mentor at Duo Sapiens and ADPlist.
I led the UX/UI community in Sber, organizing 80+ design meetups, planning and curating several design-related video courses, uniting the Design Community, and growing it to 600+ people.
Once, we had the opportunity to host Dylan Field, the CEO of Figma, for an event. He was in Moscow for the first time, and it was a pleasure to meet him in person. Here is the video of this meetup.
I created the design competency model for Sber and persuaded the holistic approach considering the designers' demand to grow as specialists rather than only conforming to company needs.
Enjoying the process of forming and supporting a team's well-being by nurturing healthy relationships, where each member accomplishes each other and is open to constructive criticism, is worth more than any awards or recognition.
